We cannot and will not tell the story of this wedding at The Bridge Lemont without starting with this story. #champagnefordays
We are always down for a champagne spray wedding photo
At some point after the ceremony, Nicole gave the couple a champagne bottle. Well, let’s just say that our groom, Tony, went HAM with it. And there were no complaints here about it. Bridal party photos with an enthusiastic champagne spray are pretty much unbeatable. We mean, just LOOK. And they didn’t stop there, later chugging some beers because, why not?

Can we show you inside The Bridge Lemont?
We think of The Bridge Lemont as the banquet hall that hosts everything but “banquets.” It takes tradition and turns it into the time of your life, any way you want it. Here’s what we adore about this Chicago wedding venue.
- 7,000 square feet of room to say your vows, dance and soak it all up with up to 300 guests!
- Separate rooms for cocktail hour and the reception so you can turn your wedding into an experience
- All-inclusive pricing so you don’t have to pay extra for chairs, tables and linens (no time for that, right?)
- On-site bridal suite
- An option for micro weddings!
- An availability calendar so you can see what’s available before you even visit the location
- Gorgeous (we’ll say it again — GORGEOUS) wooden arches in the banquet hall
- Wooden floors (always a timeless choice)
- Industrial, yet chic chandeliers that look like candles!
- Located in the heart of downtown Lemont for amazing photo ops

Why you need to consider taking wedding photos in Lemont
So literally a 20-second walk from The Bridge Lemont are the most striking photo locations. We’re talking historic downtown views, bold walls if that kind of backdrop is your thing and luminous (yes, you’ll see what we mean) walkways that feel like Europe.

Their first date included ice cream
This go-with-the-flow couple is super sweet and their wedding was incredibly romantic and chic. But the way they met is such a fun contrast to their modern wedding day. It’s an old-fashioned story, believe it or not!
It turns out that Anna’s oldest sister and Tony’s aunt were best friends growing up. They went out to lunch one day with Anna and started talking about how Tony and Anna should connect. Tony’s aunt mentioned this to him so he messaged Anna over Facebook asking to meet up sometime.
He took her to lunch at a BBQ place, they got Coldstone ice cream, walked around and then went paddle boating. I mean, wow. We adore how genuine their first date was, and obviously the romance continued from there.
And then there’s the proposal
“So he did a really great job with the proposal. Every January his sister and her husband invite us to their time share at this beautiful resort in Puerto Vallarta. We had looked at rings shortly before going on the trip so I had a hunch it was coming but was really curious how he would travel with me to Mexico and have the ring on him! His sister took a different flight down and actually wore the ring down! It was the last night of our trip and we were at this most beautiful restaurant at sunset. We got seated and were waiting for the rest of our family/friends and I thought it was so weird no one arrived yet.
The waiter brought over some Dom Perignon, which again I thought was odd since we didn’t order it, and started pouring us champagne. I look in my glass and there it was, my engagement ring! He proposed while our friends and family were off in the distance watching. It was so wonderful and special! The restaurant put together this amazing sweets board that said ‘just engaged’ with the most delicious desserts. I saved the cork from that bottle of champagne and the year of the champagne and the coolest thing is the bottle of champagne was from 2009 which is the year we met!”

Okay, we actually have 1,000+ final photos from this day, but here are some of our favorites.

What the couple had to say
“Where do I begin?! I am forever grateful to have found Aspen Avenue for my wedding photography. From the moment we had our first zoom meeting I knew it was a match made in heaven! Nicole’s genuine, kind, and down-to-earth personality helped put my wedding jitters at ease. When she and her crew showed up on our wedding day, it felt like they were they were a part of the family.
They kept us on track and organized throughout the day all the while keep us giggling and laughing along the way. (They even busted a move on the dance floor with everyone at the reception! One of my favorite memories of the day!) Nicole and the crew’s talent is unlike any other! We received our wedding pictures quicker than we thought we would. We were blown away by the true beauty they captured of each magical moment. We are so happy to have chosen Aspen Avenue to cherish our special day forever!!!”
